We had an awful experience from the time we spent there to the food. We were told a 15 minute wait which turned into 45. Once seated it took 15 minutes for our server to even approach us and get our drinks. Another 20 minutes later we finally got our salads. We both ordered steak done medium with pasta as the side. Mine was perfect, however my husbands was almost WELL DONE. He sent it back and we waited and waited only for his replaced steak to come out RAW! At this point we got up and left. We will not go back.

food is terrible. new management doesn't have a clue what they are doing. Very unprofessional.

My husband & I visited Angellos for dinner in August 2010. We had fresh baked bread w/ a fabulous dipping sauce, excellent lasagna & penne pasta with broccoli & a yummy chicken dish. The salads were delicious & generous (real blue cheese in the dressing). And the service was outstanding. We liked it so well that we went back for a dinner party on Oct. 7, 2010. They did a great job and I would recommend it to anyone. (Thanks for everything Brad & Karen!)

4 out of 5 times we went there, they made mistakes on our pizza. I ordered thin crust twice and they gave me thick crust. I ordered alfredo sauce once and they gave me pesto. We ordered bacon on two pizzas, and both pizzas came out with Canadian bacon (I hate ham). We never used the word Canadian, and the waiter never said Canadian, either, so I have no idea in the world why they didn't put regular bacon on the pizzas (regular bacon is on the menu). I called them to comment about it. They said they'd call back and didn't. I then wrote them a letter letting them know their multitude of mistakes and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond. We love their wide variety of pizza toppings (love the premium toppings like eggplant and carmelized onions), but if they can't get the crust, sauce, or toppings correct, why should we go back?
